From the Beach to the Stage
Everette Joseph Stephens is more than just your typical singer songwriter and BMI recording artist from the sunny beaches of California with 3 chords and the truth. He’s also a performer of quite possibly the most diverse and best array of music genres and songs in all of the little latitudes. His sets are comprised of pop, rock, contemporary and roots country, reggae, blues, Hawaiian, jazz, and trop rock covers. Lighthearted, engaging, energetic, entertaining, and vocally superb are but a few of the embellishments used to describe his fun shows.
Everette has taken vocal and performance training from a pair of Broadway veteran opera singers. This, combined with professional performance training and many years of experience in the art of entertainment has blossomed into a lucrative musical career and has given Everette the ability to entertain the most diverse of audiences in every plausible performance setting from simple dinner shows to the main stage entertaining hundreds of people.
Today, Everette performs in corporate venues such as Latitude Margaritaville, Hard Rock Hotels, Four Seasons, Hilton, Sheraton, the International Hotels Group, Gators Dockside, and Sloppy Joe’s. He also performs in commercial clubs, and Tiki bars all across Florida, California, Hawaii, the Bahamas, and the Caribbean. He plays between 150 to 200 shows per year. He performs as a solo artist and with professionally acclaimed musicians when a duo, trio, or full band is required.
Everette is acutely aware of the responsibility he has to promote the best image for the brands and venues he works for while providing a family friendly and language appropriate performance. His exemplary work ethic has developed into a well rehearsed professional visual and musical presentation. He arrives early, starts on time, uses the very best equipment available, and remains flexible to the crowd’s and venues musical preferences.
